Policies & Warranty Information


No refunds will be provided on custom items.* Custom items include all items except Ready-to-Ship (In Stock) Items. Exchanges for store credit are at the store owner's discretion and must be requested within 7 days from the time it was marked delivered by USPS. Any custom orders with special requests (modified sizing) can not be exchanged. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with tags still attached. Sew Sweet, Sew Adorable will not refund original shipping to buyer nor pay for return shipping. Return shipping to Sew Sweet, Sew Adorable must include delivery confirmation.

*Upon receiving your item, please inspect it carefully prior to washing. We do not allow refunds unless there is an obvious defect or an issue with the quality of workmanship. You have 7 days to contact Sew Sweet, Sew Adorable regarding the issue. Sew Sweet, Sew Adorable may ask for pictures of the problem, and will attempt to fix the problem as possible. Possible resolutions include shipping item back to Sew Sweet, Sew Adorable for a manufacturing correction, replacement of the item, or a full or partial refund. If the issues are due to manufacturing errors, Sew Sweet, Sew Adorable will pay any shipping costs that may be incurred. To qualify for this, all items must be unused and unworn. Any attempts to fix the issue on your own will void any warranty.  If there is any issue, please give us the courtesy of trying to resolve it before leaving feedback.


If within the first 90 days of normal use there are any issues with snaps, elastics or popping of threads, Sew Sweet, Sew Adorable will be happy to fix these problems and  incur any associated shipping costs.  Snaps and Velcro have a lifetime warranty (we will replace for free), however, after 90 days, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs.  Sew Sweet, Sew Adorable does not cover normal wear and tear of items. We do our best to source quality fabrics but cannot guarantee said fabrics won’t fade or pill over time. Diapers with decorative outers (other than PUL) may show signs of wear along seams faster than traditional PUL diapers and is also considered normal wear and tear. We do not cover this normal fading of and change in most fabrics. Washing your product any other way than what is recommended voids this warranty.


Please note our current shipping time listed in the headers on each page. We currently work diligently on all orders Monday through Friday to get your order to you as soon a possible. We do not work on orders over the weekend. All orders, with the exception of our in-stock items, will receive a follow-up email within 48 hours with a more specific shipping date. Please let us know if you have any questions about the shipping status of your order.

We currently ship to your the cheapest way possible. All items 15.99 oz and under will ship first class through USPS. Items over 15.99 oz or those that do not fit properly into our packaging will ship Priority through USPS. Items shipping First Class do NOT have insurance, items shipping Priority will be insured up to $50. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us.


All of our fabric, with the exception of PUL, microfleece, and wicking jersey, are prepped by washing and drying on hot to obtain the maximum shrinkage possible. This helps to ensure that your products do not become distorted after washing. Please follow all washing directions listed on the item's tag for proper washing directions for your item. We use a very small amount of Tide Original Powder with our fabric to help get out the dirt, grime, and chemicals from the fabric manufacturing and shipping process.


Any earned reward points may be exchanged for those rewards listed in the program. Points are not worth cash. Reward program may be changed, updated, or removed without prior warning. Any changes to the reward program affecting point values of rewards are valid immediately, and rewards may not be awarded at previously lower point values moving forward from the date of change. In the event the rewards program is removed, there is no cash or reward value for any remaining points unless deemed so by the company at the date the program is removed.
